What is this course about
This course is designed for startup accelerator managers, responsible for the program: for the efficiency and results of participants. Besides the fact of our active consulting practice of hundreds of growing startups, we considered our own experience in designing startup programs for the last 5 years, and the results of dozens of interviews with program managers across the globe.

We believe that you, as a program manager, might feel a lack of tools and methods to influence founders and the results of their startups. This course is structured based on a growth coaching methodology, which will help you to work with the business goals and strategy of founders, to help them to identify constraints, and quickly tests hypotheses to overcome them. Based on a diagnostic you can help founders to understand their business situation and to help them make mindful decisions on what exactly they have to do, and what to focus on to achieve the result.

The diagnostic session is the starting point where you help the founder to identify the key constraints and to create a strategy on how to overcome them. We will meet the real startup and make a diagnostic of it. This skill has to be trained on dozens of teams, but you will do the first step under professional supervision.
