What is growth coaching about
A growth coach, unlike a life coach, uses special techniques and frameworks to structure and diagnose the business situation. He works with business goals and strategy, helps to identify constraints, and quickly tests hypotheses to overcome them.
The growth coach takes the business situation out of the founder's head and the facts brought by her/him (analytics, accounting systems, customer feedback, etc.) and shows how this situation looks from the point of view of various growth coaching frameworks. This allows the team to diagnose the business situation and make data-driven and mindful decisions on what exactly they have to do, and what to focus on to achieve the result.

Session 1

What growth coaching is about and how does a growth coach distinguish itself from advisers, consultants, life coaches etc.

About the course. Growth coaches' skillset and the difference with other frameworks and professions. How does growth coaching influence the business and accelerate its growth - use cases.
Session 2

Basic frameworks of the growth coaching to work with startups at any stage of development
You will learn about the Theory of constraints and customer development methodology as the chain of basic constraints, and HADI cycles
Session 3

Main tools of a growth coach to help the team to achieve results
You will go through the basic tools of growth coaching: tracktion map, goal setting approaches, customer development chain, ICE, RICE method, and goal-oriented sales framework.
Session 4

Unit economics as the engine of the business

You will learn what UNIT economics is, how to design and calculate it, and how to use it as a valuable source of hypotheses.
Session 5

Strategic level: diagnostic session of the business

The diagnostic session is the starting point where you help the founder to identify the key constraints and to form a strategy on how to overcome them. You have to touch all 3 levels of the growth coaching methodology to help the founder with the right action plan.
Session 6

Operational level: how does a growth coaching session look like
What the session with the startup team looks like - framework, time frame, and main tools of growth coaching. Plus, we will discuss how to implement growth coaching into acceleration programs, and what is the difference between this and private practice.
Session 7

How to help your mentee to fundraise
We will talk about what is important for VCs and how to catch their attention, how not to create deal breakers, and how to find the VC that fits the startup
Session 8

Lead generation strategies to find a mentee

Wrap up of the course with a discussion about strategies and channels for lead generation of potential clients, and by answering your questions and filling gaps.
