What is growth coaching about
A growth coach, unlike a life coach, uses special techniques and frameworks to structure and diagnose the business situation. He works with business goals and strategy, helps to identify constraints, and quickly tests hypotheses to overcome them.
The growth coach takes the business situation out of the founder's head and the facts brought by him (analytics, accounting systems, customer feedback, etc.) and shows how this situation looks from the point of view of various growth coaching frameworks. This allows the team to diagnose the business situation and make data-driven and mindful decisions on what exactly they have to do, and what to focus on to achieve the result.

You will learn about the Theory of constraints and customer development methodology as the chain of basic constraints, and HADI cycles.

Main tools of a growth coach to grow 10X and more
You will go through the basic tools of growth coaching: tracktion map, goal setting approaches, customer development chain, ICE, RICE method, and goal-oriented sales framework.

Unit economics as the health check of the business and the source of enormous growth

You will learn what UNIT economics is, how to design and calculate it, and how to use it as a valuable source of hypotheses.

Diagnostic session as the method of a constant self-improvement cycle

The diagnostic session is the starting point where you have to identify the key constraints and form a strategy on how to overcome them. In the meantime, as your key constraint is always moving you have to be able to constantly find and overcome it.
